Friendly staff, and it was very efficient picking up the trailer and returning it. Staff was helpful in hooking the trailer up and checking the lights.
PAUL LWe ordered 3 dozen blankets a dolly and only got 6 blankets and no dolly. As a result our TV got broken because we did not have enough blankets.
CHARLES JUpon pick-up, the back of the truck was not clean or swept out (we did submit a photo). However, we did return it nice, neat, and clean.
