I dropped off at night so it was dark and hard to pinpoint. Also, they had a truck blocking the key drop off box so it was hard to find
Briana CSuper nice guy at the place, but the trailer was damaged, my lights weren’t working correctly, and the chains couldn’t connect to my car….yet he let me leave the lot knowing I had 1,000 miles to go. I was set off by two changes in pickup location within 24 hours of rental…each one farther from my house. I was promised a $50 credit, which I still have not seen.
