Owner of furniture warehouse where the pickup location was had the keys inside the facility and showed up to open location at 9:30am when the store opening and U-Haul pickup was to be at 9am. I was delayed to get to a job site. The owner was extremely rude and told me to get out of the store after passive aggressively handing the keys over, also shooed me away with hand gestures. Worst customer service experience ever. He did not complete routine review of vehicle prior or post pick up. I was able to speak to Bobby, local manager and he was great in taking care of all of that.
