Poor customer service. Racist.
Marjani P.Make sure the business is open or you are very literally screwed and will not be getting a rental. The location was fine otherwise, but when trying to do the self-check on my phone, UHaul's stupid f**king website wouldn't let me start the process until I was "at the location". I was circled the building but could not 'get there' since the GPS marker was at the center and the business was closed. I don't know how that is deemed acceptable that I need to be standing DIRECTLY over the dropped GPS pin that may be simply located somewhere (anywhere) on a business that may or may not be open during the time you schedule for a pickup. I had to wait in the rain until the business owner thankfully showed up since a different renter who knew them called them over.

Ismael A.I was not able to get my geo locator to work at location after hours drop off so I am assuming I'm charged the $20 fee. I am still waiting on final invoice.
