Wasn’t happy with the check in process did not have signal to get the check in app to load tried for almost 1-2 hour ended up having to call and leave message with owner truck was back then U-Haul tried to charge me another fee due to pictures not being loaded but was not able to get the check in app to work

Richard SWhen trailer was returned, was told on Tuesday to just park it, and THEY would check it in. On Friday, I went to App, and realized they had not done so, so I had to return to lot. No one was there, so I used the App to check it in myself. No one was around to be seen. I think they totally forgot to finish the return….luckily I realized in time to not incur further charges, but others might not be so lucky.
