We were supposed to pick up a trailer. No one was there for pickup. I call the business and uhaul. Uhaul was on the phone with me trying to sort it out. My husband finally got into C&C. He told is he didn't have reservations for us even though I had an email and text confirming reservation. We were warned about going through them because other people have had the same issue.

No one was there for drop off. The place looks like a junk yard.
Collisha DNo one was there. No one answered the phone. They were no informative sounds, no help, nothing. It was a poorly maintained building work a big, dirty parking lot. Everything was rundown and unwelcoming. I'll never return. It was gross. Why would uhaul give them a contract?
Susan SBetter instructions on picking up. My location was switched and new location was further & no good instructions. I rented a dolly, it was not in the truck.
