They charged me more than they should have according to the people I picked the truck up from.

The roof of this trailer (RV 4489 D) leaks terribly. We hauled flowers and various decorations for my daughters wedding this last weekend and everything was wet from rain. Some of the things could still be used but our experience was and expectations were not what we planned. Please review this issue before someone else has their experience ruined. The people at Jim Carr Oil (rental location) were great, the trailer was not great.
JAMES PI was met by an employee as soon as I pulled in the parking lot who made sure everything went well and took the equipment from me immediately for check in.
Matt TThe staff were very kind and easy to work with. However I had originally scheduled to pick up truck in the town closer to where I live. I had to drive an additional 25 miles one way to get truck and 25 miles to return truck. After I returned the next day I recurved a bill for an extra 19 miles from what I figured. ( which would not have been the case if I picked up where I requested it). I also was told to return truck with 5/8 tank of gas. Which I did and then also got charged $40 some dollars for more gas. Over all my bill went up none of which was my fault. Again the staff was very friendly and I would recommend location however unhappy with additional charges that were not my foing.
