People at both locations were great. Trailer was clean and in good condition. However the trailer did not have a jack on it and was very heavy to get on and off ball. If I sent my wife to get trailer she would of been unable to load trailer onto truck

During my visit the Sale Representative, provided excellent customer service and expert knowledge in explain my responsibilities under the service contract. And taken the time to walk around and inspected the vehicle with me. There were no problems during check-in or returning the vehicle. This was a wonderful experience.

CYNTHIA WI have to buy fuel at the costs of $27:00 and I have to pay additional $50 extra after paying $53 and the total cost was $130:00. This was d first time am experiencing ds type of rip off from U-Haul which was awful and fraudulent. I didn’t know when they started calculating mileage and buying of fuel again. What’s d benefit of using u haul which is supposed to be economical and pocket friendly bc I even came bf the stipulated time even less than 2 hours bf d time.
