Have the people really check the equipment for conditions that are not good. As 1, I found mice in the 12' trailer I hooked up to first. Had to switch to another one. The truck had a tire that eas flat and just needed to be aired up. Otherwise things worked out.

GARY SReturn facility did not correctly enter return data at the return time, 07/16, causing UHaul to feel the trailer I rented hadn't been returned. On 08/12 a helpful staff person at return site corrected situation. She was very friendly, helpful and efficient.
