There was ample parking and it was easy to locate the unit. However, the available hours did not meet what was advertised on the app and we had to reschedule two hours later in order for the store to be open, however, it appears that they do have lock boxes for after hours pick up. The inside of our unit had mud so we had to deal with that when loading and an odor, but the odor appeared to go away after we had the door open for a while. Drop off was easy. This is our second experience using the mobile app and each time we are under the impression that this would be an individual pick up and return however, both times we had to actually speak with people at the locations and had to call customer service because our unit was not ready.
STEPHANIE RThere was no assistance to drop the trailer. Had to find something to hold the trailer up remove the pin and pull forward to get the hitch out of the receiver to get it off my vehicle. Would suggest U-Haul remove this location from their rental program.
