My low rating is only because this is not the location at which I chose to reserve equipment but seemed the only option to get the equipment I reserved. I received a call the day before my reservation to let me know that the equipment I reserved would not be available at my selected location and the nearest location was an hour away. Because my move was set, I agreed to pick up my truck and car transport at the distant location. While not too inconvenient, It did cost me two hours of time and the expense of driving the extra distance. I know logistics is a difficult task. The consolation is that I had the truck an extra day, not that it was needed.

Harry DNothing against the pickup location but against Uhaul. I had to rent online finish the rental and 20 to 30 minutes later get a text saying my location has been changed for pickup 2:45 miles away. I called the 800 number and was told that location only had one way rentals and it didn't matter where I dropped it off I could drop it off in the same time I rented it from but not at the same location they're only 3 miles apart what difference does it make. Picked up my U-Haul on Saturday morning and the charges were $70 more than what I was quoted took a while but I got it changed up back to what it should have been. Once again nothing against where I picked it up those people bent over backwards to help me it was corporate U-Haul that messed up and that would be the last time I went from u-haul.
