The lack of variety meant I ended up with a fridge that could not sit upright in the truck - had to be laid flat and caused me to make multiple trips (3 trips total) and cost me more money.

The uhual "facility" was a gas station and we stood outside for 20 minutes at least with no option to "pickup my truck" as the directions were telling me to do. The gentleman inside made us wait while he helped other customers check out for their gas station supplies. We lost almost an hour of time from the entire wait.

This place was disgusting and the staff was horrible. I am shocked uhaul lets a gas station rent uhauls. It was an awful experience and afyer using uhaul 20+ times in my life I will never again. This place should not be allowed to rent ihauls

The store clerk didn't seem to know how to run the uhaul system. He required three phone numbers, but gave no reason for needing that amount. He didn't know which of the dollies was the "furniture dolly" which I had ordered, and he didn't have the mattress bag I had already purchased. Guess I'm just out that money. When we asked which vehicle was our's, he said, "Don't know. Look at key." I requested pickup at a uhaul facility and was instead sent to a gas station. It took nearly an hour to do the pickup, because the clerk kept stopping to checkout the actual gas station customers

1. Employees don't know the features of the various trucks (for example, which ones have ramps) 2. The truck rear door would not open and close making it very difficult to load and unload

Clean the windshields!!! Overall UHaul locations stink at cleaning windshields. Don't you realize that this can lead to wrecks?

Had an awful experience trying to get into the truck. The server was down for both the app and the application inside the store. Had to wait in the parking lot literally over an hour and a half. Then finally the U-Haul server started working. This was after countless attempts and phone calls to U-Haul customer service.

Better customer service. The person at the location was lazy. Rather then go outside and check the gas and Milage when I returned the Uhaul he wanted me to go out side and take a picture of it.

vehicle was very dirty , I had to clean the windows myself . the fuel tank was below 1/2 mark was recorded as above . the attenddant was too busy to go around the vehicle , just gave me the receipt as said it was ready. sent me to the wrong return center (1700 hwy 75 sherman) they sent me to the Lamar site.

I had made my reservations to pick up at a Uhaul facility. The system changed it to a convenience store. Not what I wanted nor what I expected. The man helping me was nice and the truck was ready. But it did not give me the opportunity to purchase smaller boxes and other packing items that I thought I would have the chance to do as I was coming straight from the airport to get the moving truck.


The area manager Adam handled my transaction and made it as quick and smooth as possible.

The employee at this location was rude and unhelpful. He had added a fee without explanation of why he was adding it and would not answer any questions that I had.

The attendant did not communicate well. He was not very helpful. He told me that I needed to pay him for the use of the truck and I shared with him that I had already had paid for the use of the vehicle but he demanded that I make another payment without explaining the purpose of the charge. I agreed because I knew if I was doubled charge I could settle up through AMEX. When he gave me the key to the truck I asked which truck he said, "Look at the number of the key and go find the truck with the matching numbers. He was rude and very disinterested in my business and service. He acted as if I was disrupting his day. He was not a very good representative of U-Haul.

If lacking kindness and manner is okay, (maybe they are not in a mood to serve you), spitting in front of your face will be quite rude even for a stranger, I would say go somewhere else.
