Hi! The main problem I had was that I could not adjust the drivers side mirror properly. It would not stay in place and made the drive a bit hard though I of course was able to adjust myself to see. Also the cab was dirty and there were two soda bottles left in the door, one looked like it was a spit bottle for chewing tobacco so I didn't touch it and told the guy when I dropped it off. Other than that it was fine.

EDUARDO GWorst rental experience I have ever had. Tank was not full when I received the vehicle. I returned it at the same level, and showed the photos to the attendant when returning the vehicle, but then was charged $9 for refueling because the tank was less than full. So I opened a chat, as instructed with UHaul. They said they would have to open a dispute case and it would take another 3 business days for someone else to review. This seems like fraud. You apparently did not note that you sent out a vehicle at less than a full tank, then quietly charge the customer to fill the tank, hoping they won't notice the charge, and then when I contact UHaul you put more red tape in place to delay the matter further. All this after I even showed the attendant the before/after photos when returning the vehicle. Pretty sure this is consumer fraud.
