Great service, just didn’t know I was getting a text and forgot to take fill out before I took the truck.
Luis AUhaul was on empty and not cleaned
Sarah GI was not given any help checking in. When I was finally able to get checked in on my own, I went to the van only to realize that there were no dollies that I had reserved for my move, so I had to cancel my reservation and go to a new location.To top it all off I just received a bill today for the van that I didn’t use
JENNIFER RIt was not communicated that only mobile checkin was available. When going into the location the onsite store manager for C-Mart didnt know either.
