The facility was a motel. There were numerous unhoused people squaring at the entrance of the facility. The personnel at the facility first refused to check in the vehicle and provide a receipt for the rental and only relented when I insisted so that I had confirmation that the vehicle was returned on time, clean and with the appropriate amount of fuel.

I was never called the day before to give an update that my uhaul pickup location was changed. When I got to this uhaul location in the morning, the lady at the front was not helpful whatsoever - she had noted since I was one hour late, I may not be able to pick up a uhaul. However, it is clearly noted that you have within an hour of your reservation time to pick up your uhaul. overall, it was not a good experience.
Bhargavi aDidn’t have a dolly and wouldn’t reimburse me for the charges. Not having a dolly led me to take longer than planned and I was charged an extra session because of it.

John SMy appliance dolly and padding blankets were not in the truck! I also reported to the front desk! My app/conection was not working properly and I don’t know if it had an option to write about it! Could I get reimbursed for the dolly and padding blankets???
