The app was not allowing me to upload photos to do the check-in/pickup process. UHaul's system was down according to the gentlemen at the help desk so they couldn't help me there either.

App still sucks. Location is a drugged out motel. Not good.

Victor GThe truck was an older model. Importantly, the mirrors were not adjustable. There was no back-up camera. There was no ramp to make loading easy. There were no D-rings inside the truck to attach tie-downs. I will gee a newe truck from a different location next time. Thr price is the same.
DONALD WThe facility was a motel. There were numerous unhoused people squaring at the entrance of the facility. The personnel at the facility first refused to check in the vehicle and provide a receipt for the rental and only relented when I insisted so that I had confirmation that the vehicle was returned on time, clean and with the appropriate amount of fuel.
