My online booking was one way, but somehow they changed to be local. Not very helpful employee and or manager. Had to put more miles, gas ($) and time than I was willing to spend. Need to be trained in customer service and U-Haul systems.

Terrible customer service she would not help me and they changed my rental reservation without notifying me , clerk at business really rude and does not represent the company well
TONYA MIt took forever to be able to get the U-Haul because they did not know what they were doing. We needed a dolly, but they couldn't find them or didn't have any. No one communicated to me that it needed to be returned by 4 pm instead of when I was done with it so received extra charges for it being late, but no where did it say to return in a few hours. I will never get a U-Haul from that place again.
