As soon as I got into the vehicle, I noticed dried old food on the floor along with a bunch of crumbs, as I got closer I realized there was a dried up red substance in the cupholders. Upon further observation I found a big unfinished bag of seeds and a 7-Eleven pizza box as well as other crumpled up trash. I also noticed muck on the seats and the floor. There was also a ton of dog hair stuck in the seats in every little nook and cranny. The whole front smelled bad. I found a broken lock and a couple of long thin wooden boards in the back trailer area. To avoid getting charged a fee for somebody else’s mess, I had to dispose of all of the trash and detail clean as best as I could wiping away the red, sticky substance and muck on the seats and floors, I swept out all of the crumbs which were hard to get out and wiped everything down. This was a huge inconvenience, I believe I should be reimbursed for a cleaning fee.

Extremely confusing and hard to navigate from start to finish. No directions on how to do anything during the process were laid out. It took me almost 45 min to figure out how to get checked in to picking up the keys to the U-Haul, a whole hour wasted. It was not made clear that there was no process for check in etc in this matter and it put the entire day behind schedule. Very disappointed
Carrie JEverything went smooth, no problems. Thank you! Will def use next time I need a truck.
RENEE DNo sign on building to locate the "office" which was at the check out counter in a gas station & the guy had to check out customers before he would help me. Only reason I found it was because someone working in the store told me it was the guy behind the counter
