The first truck that i was assigned to had an EGINE LIGHT ON. couldnt take it and had to switch to a different truck.

Equipment was damaged. I had to document and upload it. A light had a short. I was allowed to leave yard without it fixed. It took TWO HOURS WITH A RESERVATION. really. I mean REALLY. two hours. Rude, cussing , and unprofessional. There store appeared to be more important than anything else. Including customers before a U-Haul reservation. Sorry to say my money was wasted. Equipment was dropped at th Albion yard. And I walked. So sad to say if I don’t see fresh equipment. Not likely I will rent U-Haul again.
