One tail light didn't work the twist knob to tighten trailer tongue to the ball was completely rusted and the most impossible to turn I had to apply lubricant to break up the rust to get to tighten it down. The inside was filthy the outside was completely destroyed from damaged and scrapes and scratches and dents. Not the store's fault they only rent them. That trailer should be serviced completely top to bottom.

WILLIAM BThe first truck that i was assigned to had an EGINE LIGHT ON. couldnt take it and had to switch to a different truck.
Mike JEquipment was damaged. I had to document and upload it. A light had a short. I was allowed to leave yard without it fixed. It took TWO HOURS WITH A RESERVATION. really. I mean REALLY. two hours. Rude, cussing , and unprofessional. There store appeared to be more important than anything else. Including customers before a U-Haul reservation. Sorry to say my money was wasted. Equipment was dropped at th Albion yard. And I walked. So sad to say if I don’t see fresh equipment. Not likely I will rent U-Haul again.
