FRANCOIS HWe had an excellent experience at the Avon, Ohio U‑Haul location. Wendy was fantastic to work with. She was friendly, thorough, and incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. We will absolutely return to this location for future rentals.
KELLY AI rented a truck at 3:30PM and came shortly after the gate was locked. I called the next morning at 10:30AM to alert them that the truck was parked in their adjoining parking lot and I will return the keys as soon as I get a ride. I was told no problem as he didn't get to the key return box. When I was able to get a ride, I got there at 12:10 there was a fat guy (the one that was on the phone) who told me I would have to pay for an extra day. Mind you, I only had the truck for less than 24 hours. The lady the day before was great and gave her an excellent review, but this guy is the worst employee that you can have. I will never go back even though it is the closest U-haul to me. When he is fired, let me know and I will remove this post (a copy of which I will be posting on all my social media accounts).
