I picked up the truck with the app. Way too much info needed to be entered onsite including contacting my emergency contact. It took over 30 mins. Also, I had to reenter a bunch of info I already gave when I made the reservation. More should be done before arriving pickup location so it can be as streamlined as possible when picking up.
FRANK HMy complaint is not against the facility but against your equipment. One of the wheels must have been badly out of balance because the whole trailer shook and the side with the out of balance wheel bounced up and down. It badly shook my vehicle for 200 miles. It was torture pulling that trailer. I had to clean the inside because it was filthy.
JED TI was contacted 5 days after my rental saying they weren't sure if i returned the trailer or not. Come tf on.
JAMES WPut the car dolly in more locations. Had to drive 30 minutes for the closest one since the dealer around the corner from me was too lazy to clear the snow from he one had on site.
