While this drop off location was very convenient, the lot was crowded and dark. I had some difficulty finding a suitable place to park the truck. I had no choice but to park it in front of several trailers. Hopefully, staff found a better spot for the truck and another customer was not inconvenienced. The lot also had no outdoor lighting except a motion sensor at the drop off box (fortunately). I will definitely use them again if needed but will try and return the equipment during the day.
