The place is run down no one was there during business hours to pick up the truck or return the truck , during business hours posted on line. The number that was listed no one answered , not even for the UHaul help representative. There was no internet so was very hard to get the wi Fi for a connection. Had to sign up for a wi fi service from my car , would not work from my husbands vehicle it's a jeep but 2018. For the check out and the return of the vehicle. The experience was very stressing from the beginning to the end. I made a reservation early in the week for a pick up early and I kept getting texts that changed my location and then finally some rep named Tran helped me but she didn't know about the location and it's condition and no one to help us. If not for her at a 251 343 number we would have canceled and used another Truck service like Penske.
