The vehicle was not lean when we got into it. With old trash food like fries on floor nest to the driver seat and some kinda chocolate food smeared on floor between seats. When I arrived to get the uhaul truk it was covered in snow and ice and no one offered to remove the snow and ice . It was not on a full tank like they claim however I left it on a full tank anyways . The amount to use it and the 15$ moving charge was not worth it in the end and probably won't use uhaul again.

JAMES HThey were willing to work with us when we needed an extra day due to the roads being frozen and it being unsafe to drive or unload.
MICHAEL MDropped trailer the night before it was due on Oct. 7 and this location failed to check it in until 7 days later. I called them and they claimed it wasn't their problem and were very rude. I was charged $185 more for the 6 days they had the trailer on their lot. I want a refund.
LARRY RU-Haul representative claimed my one-way rental would only cost half if I returned the trailer early. We went to great effort to return early - only to find the representative misled us. Thanks for stealing $90 from us… conned…
