Pamela JI reserved the U-Haul for Saturday 06/07/25, drove 45 miles to pick it up and the guy was locking up (before closing time @5pm) and said we could not rent it due to systems being down. Had to drive back the next day and as I get there they were renting it to someone else and told me I was late. I was never given a specific time to be there to pick it up. After a little back and forth argument with everyone we were finally able to rent the trailer.
