I ordered an auto hauler but had to take a toy hauler. This meant I had to spend a hour driving around trying to find the right straps to buy so I can haul my wife’s car. Took time away from packing. I hope this doesn’t happen when I order a trailer in the next month.

It was a self serve drop off so no personnel was there but the return procedure was very simple using the app.

TIMOTHY CThe vehicle was not lean when we got into it. With old trash food like fries on floor nest to the driver seat and some kinda chocolate food smeared on floor between seats. When I arrived to get the uhaul truk it was covered in snow and ice and no one offered to remove the snow and ice . It was not on a full tank like they claim however I left it on a full tank anyways . The amount to use it and the 15$ moving charge was not worth it in the end and probably won't use uhaul again.
