Im not sure what to think about this location or Uhaul as a whole anymore .I had a very serious concern that i voiced to Uhaul thru a call to your customer service line only to never get a response at all...I have all the info of who i spoke to and can confirm this call only to never hear from you folks again...Sorry to say but from your lazy employees to managers who cannot read a email from corporate im not sure you have what it takes to be a trusted business anymore.

Returning rentals--- I would say the customer service skills needs to IMPROVE and be more aware of their position to log in the time and date of returns. NOT WAIT UNTIL THEY DECIDE OR REMEMBER TO LOG IN RETURNS..... I don't appreciate my card charged additional day when it was returned on time but the person receiving it was too busy to or lazy? to properly enter the information. To avoid ALL issues and angry customer and charges this would be such help. The customer service representative was helpful and I appreciate that. She was pleasant and took the time to hear me out of my side of the issue. Thank you

The truck did not have a ramp! And they did not have the appliance dolly I had reserved. This made my entire move extremely difficult as I am a single mother and had to ask strangers for help because I could not lift the appliances. ???????

Only one person working had 3 people waiting to rent vehicles. Had a 45 min wait when I had reservations and was preregistered. Need more people to cover this location and take the people who have reservations for a specific time first.

But I really appreciate the manager Nicole. I am a frequent flyer with U-Haul and She is always going above and beyond to help me. He is always running around installing hitches filling propane bottles and helping customers. The only thing I can think of that is needed down there is more support from the corporate offices because they are understaffed but they do the best they can and work so hard to try to help every customer that comes in! Thank you so much for such a great experience.

The staff was very nice and professional. However, the area not good at all. Lots of homeless, stray dogs just walking around the complex. I would build a good security fence around the property line.

Fix the computer system. Even though I had checked in online it took forever to check out the trailer. The general manager was very friendly but the computer was not.

I was confused by the girl .she was very nice and helpful but she told me something about the gas and a quater tank but was confusing so when i brought it back i was charged more than if i put a quater tank.but it didnt even have that much gas in it to begin with so idk

I drove the truck 41 miles and thought I was going to run out of gas. I was told the truck had a quarter of a tank and that would be plenty of gas for my short trip. I gauge read 1/4 when i rented it but within the first 5 miles the gauge showed it used almost a 8th of a tank. I put 6 gallons of gas in it before I returned it. So if the gauge is correct that means you only have a 24gal tank on the largest truck you rent. Your staff was not helpful and ask how heavy I loaded the truck and that was his explanation as to why I amost ran out of gas. If thats true then your staff should have each truck that goes out full of fuel not 1/4 of a tank. I will never rent any equipment from this place again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

The service provider made this a nice experience . She was a people person very knowledgeable of the equipment . Accurate and friendly . She was the only attendant and helped the customers and made everyone feel welcome and a valued customer . Can’t say enough about her being an asset to your business .
