The Sunnyvale location took my order and said that the 5 x 8 would be there when I requested and it wasn’t they seemed uncaring where I got if I buy it or not and suggested I try another dealer. This is the second time that that location has done this by promising a trailer and then it not being there. I will never go back to that location. I’ll still use U-Haul, but just never at that location in Sunnyvale, Texas.

Hugo CI didn't like that I was charged for an additional day when I returned the equipment on time because of someone else inability to check the truck in when I returned it.
