If a customer is paying in cash they need to let them know that if they are owed any money back when they return the U-Haul they do not get cash back U-Haul sends them a check. This is information that should be given at the time of the rental. I don't know about everybody else but moving is expensive enough and I don't have the extra money to be sitting around waiting to be reimbursed with a check. At least make sure the customer is aware of the process.
