I really enjoyed and was very please with Sharon the General Manger that handled my rental on June 12, 2021 on 4560 Belair Road 9:30 am pick up. 45 minute wait to pick up, one woman was handling rentals and storage unit problems. Had to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get my van and they didn't have the furniture pads. Return was also chaotic. It seems like it was a day where everything was going wrong that could go wrong, but next time I will choose another location. Moving is stressful enough as it is.Jennifer H.

I turned truck in on night before after location had closed. Admittedly, I did not return blankets because I assumed we purchased them. All other equipment was in truck i.e. 2 handtrucks and 1 furniture truck. I packed this equipment prior to leaving my home and heard them bouncing around as I drove to return truck. A week later, although I was never notified, about $600 was charged to my card. I immediately called u haul at which time I was told camera footage would be reviewed. I never heard anything back so I followed up today (3 days later) at which time your associated stated they did not find eqmt. My concerns are as follows 1) why wasn't I called immediately about equipment 2) after my being billed and calling you, why no update 3) when I picked up truck there was a single lady working and she appeared so swamped by the customer volume that if she or another single person operating, how could they possibly check. 4) admittedly I kept blankets and will gladly return them.. we thought we purchased them; however, THERE WAS NO DOUBT THAT THE DOLLIES AND FURNITURE MOVING EQUIPMENT WAS RENTED AND IT WAS RETURNED. The associate with whom I spoke stated that the lot is video taped which should prove my innocence or guilt but I'm doubtful anyone reviewed that video bc either someone else stole your stuff, an employee oversight or employee theft is at work. I did not steal or erroneously keep your equipment. My problem with this is the lack of communication from your staff, for example, 1) no call immediately upon realizing equipment wasn't there 2) billing my credit card without contacting me for this missing equipment and 3) apparent lack of concern for my money taken for equipment I didn't take and that I know was in truck when returned. This feel like an unfair business practice and I suggest someone responsible go check you video or at least back up your video on the night in question. THIS IS A PROBLEM!!!! Gas gauge was incorrect. Could not correct it when picking up. Used 1/8 of a tank, paid $40 for ten gallons upon returning (found out only via email). Definitely less than reputable business practice. Have had much better experience at other U-Haul rental locations.Theodore G.
The mobile experience needs work. There is no indication you'll need an alternative contact until you're at the uhaul location. This process could take 20 min to verify, where you could do this ahead of time with a text and verification code instead of phone call. I ended up being half an hour late to an engagement due to this. Please take a moment to brainstorm improvements. Thanks!Henry R.

The employee who worked the desk informed me that the 15ft truck that I had reserved was not available and that "none were on the lot." He called around to see if another location had that size of truck. Then I said I will take a 10 ft if it was available and then handed me the keys and told me it was in parking space "L." Well I go out to the lot and there is nothing parked in parking space "L." But there is a 15ft truck parked in another space and guess what? This was the vehicle he gave me the keys for-after I removed the card board windshield cover MYSELF and did the inspection of the vehicle MYSELF I drove off. The lot attendants were helpful but they were busy trying to deal with a back up of vehicles being returned. No I would not recommend or use this location again and frankly I think you should refund my money.TARAS V.
I came in on 5/26/2022 picked up a uhaul around 2:30 or 3:30 filled the gas back to where it was when I picked it up, bought it back around 5:30/6 gave the keys to the employee to find out the next day that he had charged me for gas that I didn't need, now I can't get anyone from the store on the lineBRANDI M.
