Due to the need for a 20' truck and Auto Transport, the equipment was not available at the same pick-up location. I had to travel to an additional pick-up location for the Auto Transport, what an inconvenience. The Auto Transport should have been dropped off without inconveniencing many times a returning customer. The truck was not clean and when I drove the truck without any furnishings inside, and while turning it felt like the truck would tilt over on its side, I had to keep putting fuel in the truck four (4) times costing a grand total of $90.77. I did not expect that exorbitant fuel cost. The truck indicated to ne twice when I would be 50 miles out of fuel. All I could remember at those times saying and thinking that I just PUT fuel in the truck. That truck I drove should not be available to anyone else until it is serviced.

I would say hire one more person. Reason, there is one person at the register while the other person get the vehicle ready. When there’s a line it takes too long to get thing moving and time waits for no one. Other then that I say it’s okay.

The prices quoted by manager, the projected amounts on the initial invoice presented at time of rental and the final bill are all different. I have called 3 times to file a dispute/discuss ... no response. I continue to move out of state but am not using uhaul until this is resolved. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

In a neighborhood like this, the trucks should be thoroughly inspected. I was not happy about finding roaches. But when I brought back the truck I was satisfied with the compwnsation.

Keep all lines of communication open with all parties. I was charged twice for the same thing. This is my second time renting from uhaul. They messed up the first time, I thought I'd try again, but I'm done w/uhaullj

Attendant was not very efficient, really need more than one worker on staff. Hooked up my car to a trailer before even looking up my reservation, only to realize he hooked it up to the wrong one because I'd be leaving it out of state. Then we had to unhook it and hook it back up to a different one. Then I had to go in and complete the paper work, but he helped another customer instead and the customer's transaction took a very long time (twenty minutes)? and I had to spot the customer $1 because uhual didn't have the right cash on hand to give the customer correct change. Inside floor of trailer was very muddy. I don't understand why customers can't reserve uhuals for a specific location. This location was not my preferred location, and was 30 minutes out of the way.

They do not have spare keys. Had to call a locksmith and pay $300. Even car dealerships have spare keys.

Treated well on the day of my rental. Today I was supposed to have a rental again, I told the employee on 10/25 I needed the truck on 2 different dates. When I went to pick up, nothing was available. Manager was off today, employee had no idea when the Manager would return to work, clueless. " I've only worked here for 3 months" he claimed.

I was billed incorrectly. I was billed for 3 days and one day. It was told of 4 days. 1 day is correct. I was also billed for the hitch twice. I paid via the web, but the clerk did not see the payment. He said it did not go through. If he focused on the customer instead of looking at his phone to text, the mistakes may not have happen. I have contact cust service on the billing. I am looking for resolution.
