Shoutout to his worker as well, older gentleman who assisted me when the doors of my van malfunctioned and then provided me with Gatorade as a result of the immense amount of sweat dropping from my face. Dawn B | First ImpressionsI gave full disclosure of what I needed. And what I was moving, and the rap reserved me. A storage unit that was on top of another one which was absolutely unacceptable for the items I was moving. It was a total waste of my day. And I had to get a storage unit from a different facility and keep the truck that I had rented for an additional day, causing me extra mileage and gas. In the end, I was not happy next time. Maybe give full disclosure of what you're actually reserving tfor the customer. So that they're aware ahead of time.😡
