Millicent E | Online Move InRodent droppings every time I went in the storage facility, including the day I moved in (was not clean when I moved in my things). The sliding door was broken the last several weeks of the time I rented, which made moving out extremely difficult (was told that GM would come and open it for me but he never showed, despite being "five minutes away."), and sliding door was locked the rest of my time there (employees did not unlock during office hours). Overall filthy and felt like I had to clean/decontaminate my belongings once I moved out of storage, despite the rent being raised several times over a year.
Elan S | Overall ExperienceThis storage place auction my stuff off. It has really been a bad situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They have mice really bad. Mouse shir all over my stuff.
Antwine F | Overall ExperienceStaff was helpful when we realized that the storage rental was not in the same place as truck drop off. They called to see if there was any place more convenient, but when there was not, they explained, and were very friendly. The store was busy on the day I was there, and it seemed like everyone was being helped in a timely manner. Staffed by nice young gentleman.

Delores B | Overall ExperienceMy biggest problem with this place. Is that they auction my stuff off. When my bill was paid so this a red flag to me. Also they never answer the phone at this facility. I’ve been with them since 2019 move out of state and still was paying bill. I’m not very pleased at all.
