I had a one way from PA to a drop off location in Northfield MN when I dropped it off I called the number provided. They said I am at the wrong location and wanted it 40 miles away. That was NOT on my contract. Northfield was on the signed contract. They said “we can change the drop off location at anytime” I argued that was not what was on my contract and she said “you will get additional charges on my card” it’s in Northfield where the signed contract had the location to drop off. We will see if I get charged. VERY rude customer service
