How U-Haul Reviews WorkWent above and beyond. Our first reservation was not upheld and the location refused to right their wrong. It may have been a lot further than where we originally planned, but thankfully they made it so that we weren't completely left with nothing. Moving is stressful enough as it is, add in being told "not my problem, sweetie" when a business failed to ensure oir reservation as they should have and it was reserved 2 weeks in advance (shawgo real estate in franklin pa 16323 was original location, I want to add this as that location was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude) Thank you Ed Burns Tire Sales and Service. You were amazing and really saved our butts.
