That when you use a pay card it acts as if it's cash so your fees will be double we need to know that Cash app I used and the fees are doubled and then that's it other than that your system is wonderful I received calls from the from the main office for for my reservations and I mean I just loved U-Haul you guys are awesome

I'm a 72-y-o woman, and I had to unhitch the trailer and move it into a parking spot. It was at a convenience store, with only one guy working, and he had to stop many times during the drop-off to sell gas, cigarettes, etc. It was a nightmare!

SAIDOU BThe location is a gas station that is rundown. When going to the counter. It smells bad inside. The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The were way behind on the trucks as keep up with other patrons was more important. One person behind the counter trying to assist everyone was not efficient. The location was did not feel like a safe environment.
