I booked online the 26 ft truck for one day , when i came to the location, i asked the agent to have the truck for two days, she said its fine she will put it on the system no problem, the next day i went to the location to rent another small truck because the big one wasnt enough, while am paying for the small truck, i recieved a call from the branch which happened that i was there asking me about the big truck, so i spoke to the agent inperson and i explained to her that i need the big truck for two days, so she started screaming i don't care i want my truck back, it only says in the system its for one day, then she yelled at the other employee who was checking me out for the small truck don't rent him another truck, we need the big one, she looked high, she was very ignorant rude unprofessional, i dont reccommend this branch for any body.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and timely. I was impressed by how easy it was to drop the truck off, and we really appreciated the convenience of blankets being available in the truck. I ended up reserving a U-Haul after Budget cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours before our move. I'm officially a U-Haul customer for life. You guys rule.

The vehicle was clean. The steering was terrible , was loose and not responsive, had to drive 10 mph under the speed limit just to feel safe. I made it through the weekend move since driving was minimal, however if there was any distance I would had to return truck to feel safe. I have rented many times form Uhaul .

It took over 30 minutes to receive keys to a reserved truck. Given that we are required to enter in extremely personal information, and that I had successfully rented a UHaul with the same account only days previous, it seems to me that in person cards should simply be to verify that information. Time is extremely important, especially when it comes to moving things around. My being late yesterday made everyone else late the entire day, on top of realizing that for a smaller one way trip.. it’s actually MORE expensive than the uhaul rented previously in the week for more time/more miles. I have used your service many times, but not once during the check out issue did the employee ask for help from someone else. She instead made us feel that it was our funds, and I was forced to use a friend’s account which negated use of my business account. I used my own card in question for a meal before arrival and to refill the gas tank (above what was asked, which is hard to gauge and is never noted upon return.. so a complete loss of funds/no return on that despite what you charge if it is BELOW that per gallon. Both were successful transactions, yet it could not be ran in the store for the reserved truck. We were extremely patient for the first 20 minutes, but after the cards were interchangeably being swiped in a panic, there was little communication to reassure us of what was going on, that we would in fact have a truck soon, or that she had any intention of asking for help. This was exhausting and frustrating to say the least.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from this location, the service rep.(I can't remember her name)was very knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and accommodated me quickly after I was made to leave the location at 8641 Pulaski Hwy. Baltimore, Md.21237 where I originally reserved my vehicle. I was told that someone named Cheryl tried to contact me via phone call and text(which neither of them I received) to let me know that the 9' cargo van that I reserved was not available. The service rep. at this location didn't seem very knowledgeable and had to keep interrupting her coworker to ask him questions while he was handling another issue with another customer, and although she tried to accommodate me and give me a 10'ft. truck at which she said would be the same rate, then changed what she said because she was unable to change the mileage rate to be the same as the 9' ft. van THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE. So I was given an option to either take the 10'ft. or be inconvenienced and drive to another location that had what I needed after I waited in line at least 30 minutes and I even let someone else in front of me just to buy t.v. boxes because the wait was so long and that's all she needed . I also asked her if she could call the other location just to make sure they had what I needed and she was hesitant and said "They have them look..." and showed me the computer screen which at that point wasn't too convincing to me and me as the customer should've at least felt secure when leaving that location. I'm actually glad that I went to that location(which happened to be my first time) because there was no line and no confusion. Every time I go to my original location something's not right and there's a long line and wait time.

When giving advice to a customer especially a first time user , make sure you clearly state the correct expectations for the trucks provided. Lack of this information causes misinterpretation of what the trucks are capable of and causes unnecessary stress to a stressful situation of moving

The loading part of the truck was fine, but inside the driver's cabin was very very dirty. It was a lot of dog hair in all seats.
