Neither over the phone, nor by e-mail confirmation, did you state that it was necessary to bring along the credit card which was used to create the reservation. So far as I knew, you had used my credit card to go ahead and actually pay for the rental. When my employee showed up, of course they didn't have the credit card. You wasted our time. Not a fan.

We were 2 gallons short of returning the vehicle with enough gas to get a $24 credit. REALLY???? We also returned it 48 hours early with less than the maximum miles. We rent about 4 uhauls a year for college moves and I have never had the Michigan location be that exact. Sometimes you give me a little less gas than my paperwork says and I have never said anything over 2 or 3 gallons. It is not an exact science. I am appalled. My husband says call Budget or Penski next time. Not good customer service over $5.00 worth of gas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The store said go get 2 more gallons and we will give you the credit. They didn't even offer to tell me where a gas station was---I'm from Michigan, driving around in a strange big city. Not ok!

Mileage inaccurate a 3.2 round trip ended up being a 12 mile trip. At most it should have been a 7 mile trip. I felt I was overharged for the mileage. I will not use this service again.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at my pick up location and with the the long wait on the calling service. I will never use this service again and I hope you make it better. If you want more details I would be happy to provide them because I was very unhappy with how picking up my truck went.

I called the number on my contract agteement to inform Uhaul that I was going to be some hours delayed bringing the truck back because of some road commuting difficults I was having during my travels from JC, Baltimore and I was told that is was fine. Once I did arrive both Uhaul staffs who assisted me were rude and sarcastic with there conversation with me and still charged me an extra day in spite of what I told them about the conversation I had with the rep on the phone. However, I never signed the agreement for the extra cost but it was still applied on my debit card, also the number I initially reached out to I called once again to informed them of the matter and the rep then stated that I will receive a call back to receive a refund for the extra day. I then ask the clerk at the Baltimore drop off since she was charging me for another day then I wanted to keep the truck to bring it back to Jersey City especially since I returned it back with much more gas then was required. Then the first rep who I dealt with upon my arrival said to the second rep they give it back to him. But the second rep said they couldn't because she (the 1st rep) had started the returned procedure. Therefore, if I don't receive a call back as promised about my refund as promised then will call Uhaul a third time in regards to it. Thank you

I will never use uhaul again. The rude uhaul associates are the worse. The black lady at the 3500 Pulaski hwy. location was unprofessional, rude, and had a bad attitude. From the moment I walked in she didn't speak or say her name. She kept mumbling "how this is not my job, I'm tried of this sh*t, and how she doesn't get paid for this. She made me wait outside while she said she was going to get the papers for me to sign. After almost 15 minutes of her not returning I went to the door; only to see her sitting behind the desk doing nothing. I will tell any and everyone not to use uhaul services. I called customer service so I had to cancel at that location then go out of my way to another location. Where different employees with the same rude attitude couldn't speak or acknowledge me or other people coming in. I do not pay my money to be treated badly by uhaul employees who don't want to do their job.

When you rent you're only allowed the exact number of miles from the pickup location to your destination one way. You don't get mileage from the pickup location to your home or from you destination location to the drop off location. That way they can charge you more.

The cost for mileage was outrageous and I probably never again will use UHaul for that very reason. No reason for such a thriving business to price gouge the public like this. Greediness is part of the fading old way of life and has no place in this new age.

The pickup location was fine. I was disappointed I needed to drive so far away from my house to get the trailer. Specifically, why there could not be a location in Annapolis somewhere when I had ordered the UHaul a week in advance was quite disappointing.

The driver's side sun visor was loose/hanging/and about to fall off. It impeded the driver's line of sight and should be fixed immediately. I had to keep pushing it up because it would fall and hang in my driving eye-sight. Other than that, the truck was just fine.

Employee did not connect chains properly so they dragged thew entire time. Doesn't affect me but probably didn't do your chains any favors.

Despite using self service, we still had to wait an hour for the key because there was only one person at the counter and that person wouldn't let us have any time added to the end of our reservation so we only got the van for 3 hours
