So far so good only issue I have is the smell of dead animals in the hallway so that just makes me think nobody ever checks that part

Djidda F | Overall ExperienceThe older guy that was working there on a Sunday had to be the most UNHELPFUL person I have ever had to deal with. If I could bold and underline the word unhelpful, I would. This made the entire process long and frustrating. When I made the reservation I requested a first floor unit. When I arrived at this location he said that there weren’t any. I asked, what happened, it was available when I made the reservation. He replied, “I don’t know when you made the reservation”, and continued to eat his pretzels. I’m almost positive that there is a DATE associated with the reservation. I can see it on the information that I received. He then went back to check, and low and behold, what do you know, a first floor unit is now magically available. I then had to asked him to open the garage door, twice, so that I could continue unloading the truck. He literally asked me if the door was open. Why in the world would I ask him to open a door that was ALREADY open. Again…twice. The nonsense continued. Before leaving, I wanted to check and make sure that my access code worked. I was not familiar with the process of having to enter the code into two different boxes. Because of this, I only entered my code in the box next to the after hours door. Of course my access was denied. The other employee was nice enough to actually walk over to the doors to fully explain signing in, enter the code in one box, then entering it again in the second box. Promote him, he seems to know what he is doing. Ridiculous.
khaleelah g | First ImpressionsI would never rent a storage locker or a moving van from you ever again. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. They literally came and took the car from me after agreeing I could keep it for an extra day and double charged me and came and towed it from my house. Your employees are the Pulaski hwy/kresson st location are some of the most ignorant unhelpful people in my life. They let someone who was not on my storage unit come there and remove my belongings without permission then continued to charge me for a unit that was almost completely empty after I had 2 full units to begin with. If I could have given them negative stars I would. My first experience with Uhaul and my last.
