Marcus J | First ImpressionsStaff were not helpful. Took almost a week to close my account out. Couldn’t get any help closing it when I called so I finally had to travel back to the storage unit and close the account online. Not a great experience since I moved across town. Definitely not recommending for anyone to use this location.
John G | Overall ExperienceThe staff was always polite and helpful, never any problems with them. After a year of having the storage my until price went up $30, for no real reason. And my belongings were covered in mice feces. I had to remove all my belongings from the boxes and bags they were in and shake them out in the yard and throw things away and put in construction trash bags before bringing them anywhere else. I closed my account because I could no longer afford to pay $180 a month for storage.

Isabel D | Overall ExperienceThe worst experience I've had with a storage company. I moved to another storage company. The level of dis-organization and lack of professionalism was astounding for a business associated with U-Haul. I will never rent a storage unit from U-haul in the future. Management refused to speak with me on my concerns without constant requests. Upon speaking with them, they lied to me, failed to keep promises and overall treated me in a very un-professional way. I took my business elsewhere after less than 3 months.

She was constantly playing with her phone and behaved as though I was a nuisance who was interrupting her more important phone interactions.

Darlene a | First ImpressionsThe employees aren't trained and not patient with the customers. Your new system with Q-code is a task for the elderly. You can not ask the employees questions with out them getting an attitude and all you want is help. Please train them to help and be patient. Taking jobs away is not always the answer.
