The reception was bad. The lady who was there while returning the vehicle was not friendly and I don't feel like she cares customers. The location was good but the service was bad.

Much better experience than a week ago. Jared was very knowledgeable, expedient, and a very good attitude. Same person I didn't have a good experience with last week help me check in this morning and was very good. Glad I gave them another chance.

1. The hand-truck had little bits of welding metal around the handle that were very sharp and nearly tore my forefinger open. 2. The floor of the cab of the truck had been "cleaned" with some kind of spray chemical that made the entire floor and step as slippery as ice and dangerous getting in and out. This practice needs to stop. Somebody will injure themselves and sue U-Haul. 3. The website is broken. It only allows for up to 24 hours of rental. I needed 48. Ended up having to call. Overall, the truck worked out but the advertised price of $39.xx per day for the rental is a complete joke. My bill was $189.05. for 48 hours. I will shop around next time.

Did online check-in to cut my time in half. Needed that based on time limitations. Unfortunately, it took alot longer than it should. Got there and 1 person in line, 1 staff member(glasses and hair in braids) helping him. She seemed very polite and very relaxed. Unfortunately that meant very slow as well as she was taking the time to share jokes and antecdotes. I looked at my phone and gave some non-verbal posture to note my anxiousness at time slipping. No acknowledgement what so ever. Finally, the short haired member(seemed like a manager) came in and quickly sped up what she was doing to help me. Within 30 sec she said to get hooked up and paperwork could be finished quickly. During that, another customer came in and "relaxed team member quickly greeted them, asked what they were there for, and said it would be a minute." While vague, that is the basic minimum that reasonable customer service should demand. She also piped in that they didn't have a 12ft trailer, which the manager corrected quickly. Again unfortunately, the "relaxed" team member came hobbling out to help me once I pulled my truck up. She was little help, moved so slow, didn't know the equiptment. I hooked up everything. She left blocks under the tires and risked my back trying to pull it forward. I discovered the blocks. She couldn't figure out why the hitch would not fit down on the ball and told me I may have the wrong size. Nope, just needed some focus and trial....tension upward to get the screw to stop moving. The thought of her getting under my truck to hook the lights up was unacceptable, considering her obvious injury and profound slowness in general. When it wouldn't go easily on, she tried to tell me my plug might be wrong or dirty, without seeing it. I asked if they had a wire brush to clear connections-- "no". Wow. 15 sec of jiggling gently, and on no problem. I asked how tight. She replied, If you don't put it tight you risk it flying off-- not an answer to "how tight?" It tightened it as much as possible by hand, My rapid check-in too double because someone wants to project being a "patient wise-woman". I had people waiting who were helping me move and embarrassed. Here's my suggestion: 1-- arrive early and know the ever-changing inventory 2-- re-organize duties for an injured person with a physically-demanding job 3-- When greeting a customer arriving..."ASK IF THEY HAVE DONE RAPID CHECK-IN ONLINE....so you can expedite in having them hook up and allow it to actullay be rapid check-in. or at least inform the next team member so we have a sense they know we want to get out quick. Otherwise there is no point in rapid check-in except to disappoint your customers. 4-- Actually greet each customer and give a vague sense of timeframe....so I know you're trying to move quickly to service me. And so the other customer does not get into too much small talk.(In my case, it was the "wise woman" wanted to make slow small talk and i

The worst service I have ever had. I could not complete my move due to malfunction with the truck. Called roadside assitance at 11:50 am EST, did not arrive to my home until about 4:30pm EST. when called in to report issue at this location several agent brushed it off as if it wasn't a big deal. Then you call me asking me to bring a truck back that I just advised you that was not drivable because someone else is there too rent it shows that you have NO worry about someone's safety. Let's fast forward to Monday. I was advised I would get a call back with detail of my final payment, which did not happen. Called and spoke to an agent at this location who acted as if she didn't really care of the customers concerns. As I was advised that my card was declined multiple times for a $6.36 payment that was never presented for payment to may acct, as confirmed by the bank. I use uhaul often and have NEVER had an issue. The communication and service at this location is poor. I will NEVER use this location again. Roadside assistance was a pleasure to speak with.

I was moving items from one storage unit to another. As teh weather was warm I changed m coat. In doing so I left the keys to my storage in the pocket of the caotr I had on originally. i did not find this out until after I had picked up the truck so I had to go back home and get the keys to start the move. I get to the new storage unit and somehow had the wrong key for that unit so once again I had to go back home. When you call the pone nubmer for the location you get a corporte office not them I advised what I was going thru and was told I may or may not have a charge. Not sure where the disconnect came in but despite havign given notification I got calls fromthe location that arguing more than trying to understand my mishap. The location contact refused to accept I had key issues which the manger of Public Storage could confirm. It was no till I told them the truck was till full that they stopped pressuring me to return the truck. I had made a reservaztion for 6 hours earlier that dasy the price was $29. A phone rep told me to take less hours to get a truck sooner. I only traveled 20 miles on this trip most of which was due to my not having the keys. I was not consulted before getting the bill, it was given to one of my workers. I assumed I would get an email receipt as I had gotten previously. To be charged an additional $89 was a true rip off.

Pickup was scheduled for 7am, when I arrived the staff was still doing vehicle inspections, I was the second customer in line and was only helped by 7:30. Through the website I scheduled labor, they contacted me 1 week ahead of time to confirm the location and details. But on the day they did not show up, the contact number given was also not in use.
