The equipment had grafitti on some of the cars. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The person working there seemed to have no idea on how to do their job. I would rather carry an item for miles than come back to this location. If I was U-Haul I’d do an inspection here or no longer allow them to manage the trucks. Horrible experience won’t be back and honestly if they meet uhauls standards I will think twice before using U-Haul again

David TWe had an awful experience and I will never recommend U-Haul for anything. The Vehicle broke down in the middle of Richie Hwy with my elderly Aunt. I sent an email to the CEO, I have heard nothing back. I logged a complaint with the store, customer service and roadside assistance. I haven’t heard anything from anyone.
