We had an awful experience and I will never recommend U-Haul for anything. The Vehicle broke down in the middle of Richie Hwy with my elderly Aunt. I sent an email to the CEO, I have heard nothing back. I logged a complaint with the store, customer service and roadside assistance. I haven’t heard anything from anyone.

The staff at the location were rude whether I picked up the truck or dropped off the truck. I got changed locations due to the truck size I requested, but they didn’t have the equipment I ordered (2 dolly’s and a furniture dolly) and when asked about it I was just told “we don’t have it.” I asked about taking the appliance dolly they had in addition to the one regular 1 dolly and I got told no. So I asked if there was anywhere I need to go to get the equipment I ordered and was told no. Luckily they took that charge off in front of me to ensure I wasn’t going to get charged for it, but not having proper equipment I ordered turned a 6 hour move into a 13 hour move. They also gave me a truck with the tire pressure sensor on. So one of the tires was slowly leaking the whole time I was moving. Came to return the truck and I let the guy know and he gave me attitude telling me that’s not where I park the UHaul when I wasn’t parking it there to begin with. I wanted to ask where I can since where the rest of the uhauls were had no space. I asked him where can I park it and he said where the others are, I told him there is no space and he just looked at me and said park it with the rest. So I parked it blocking an entrance/exit because I had nowhere else to put it. Ended up having a horrible moving day due to lack of supplies requested and a truck i was scared was going to have a flat at some point. Ended up even leaving a leg to my TV in the truck and I would rather just cut my loss on that than return to that location to get it.
Maria BUhaul is without question one of the worst companies in the country. You have a monopoly so you just provide a shit product without any kind of reliability. The world would truly be a better place if every member of the board of directors shot themsleves in the head
William BCharged 8 dollars for gas, I didn't even use a 1/16 of the tank.
SHAWN SPlease find a way to offer ratchet straps, moving blankets, etc. at all pickup locations.
