Furniture dolly and furniture pads not available. Yet I was charged for them. And when I’m trying to contact UHaul to have the charges reversed to reflect appropriate payment, nobody is answering my phone calls or emails.

Clean the truck, have the truck ready to go when the customer show up, instruct the people at the gas station on how to set up the customer as I needed to wait almost 20 minutes just for the system to work.

I booked a truck and the location didn’t have the truck size had to cancel and book a new truck. I also never got a phone call as promised by U-Haul to confirm my pickup not sure what the heck was going on?

Representative was very helpful but no office. Had to do everything at outside window. However, it;s a gas station so what can you expect.

Arrived at 11:50am for 12pm pickup. Was told I had to wait until 12pm, outside in the cold and wind. Still was not able to pick up truck after 12:10pm. Attendant finally figured it out. Spent over 25 minutes of move time waiting in the cold and wind to get truck.

The attendant did not know how to use the system and had trouble communicating what he needed from me. I’ve never heard of UHaul requiring a POC from someone random in our lives... the attendant had a great deal of trouble communicating this requirement and what it’s purpose was. At one point he gave me the managers phone number (Dave?) and said to call him. It me an hour to drive away, I had to spend most of that hour on the phone with customer service to help me understand what was happening. The attendant was also on the phone the entire time, I’m assuming getting info on how to use the system. Extremely unprofessional, will not use this location again and I am warning all my local friends.

Local services were excellent and helpful, once I was able to get their contact information. The phone number for Hanover St, which was not our original location, was not included in the confirmation, and Uhaul national phone service was HORRIBLE! 20 minute holds every time I called. Only another Local pickup, Carribean, was able to help us contact the Hanover St location when we had to make a change. Thank you to both Carribean and Hanover for very helpful, timely assistance.

Again, the staff seemed not interested in customer service. I was asked to park the vehicle in two different locations on their lot. If that matters, they should do it.

It would have been helpful to have more info on how the pricing worked with milage and refilling gas. Overall a good experience though!
