The van needed service. The brake fluid was low, tire pressure was low, and the oil needed to be changed. In addition, the van was not registered as a self-service/online check-in. Since the clerk would not help, it required me to call u-haul customer service and make the changes myself. If they know they are providing u-haul services at this location, the process should be more seamless. I rather go to another location.

Truck came so dirty, it had ashes from cigarettes in the cup holder. Also had little drug caps. The tire pressure light was on and everything.
Kyree SWe don't normally leave an elaborated review but in this instance we feel compelled to avoid future user from encountering the same disgusting experience. When we first picked up the truck, the interior of the front compartment appeared filthy - we found used clothes and a syringe/injection ampule in the truck door compartments with several sticky spots over the seats, floor, dashboard and storage areas. The furniture dolly we rented was also covered in mud. We had to make an additional trip to purchase cleaning tools and spent an afternoon to clean the truck to make our relocation trip a bit more bearable. The truck was at least returned in a much better state than what we started with.
