The truck wasn’t inspected from the previous renter. In the cab there was dirty socks on the dash, empty pop can, and the back was dirty and wasn’t sweep out. We used it for 3.5 hrs and moved furniture only. Certainly didn’t clean up someone else’s mess and told that to the guy at our drop off location in Calgary, who said he would be sure to make a note of it so we wouldn’t get charged a cleaning fee. A few months ago we did rent a U-Haul truck at another location and it was clean.

Always ensure your staff are knowledgeable and must be able to drive. I was not impressed by the worker who attended to me at the Balzac location. I was given a bad truck which was useless to me at the end of the day. I await my refund as I did not make use of the truck.
