Manager Turk was great,unfortunately the trailer was NOT there as scheduled and apparently none were available other than a town ,okotoks...long way away...ultimately got one in a closer town within a few hours

Maybe don’t force the customer to move other U-Haul trucks out of the way to get to the one they rented. And maybe have a gas station that doesn’t look like it should be condemned.

JIMMY CThe procedure of renting u-haul is a little bit complicated. I believe an instruction paper or a step by step guide can make it easier for all customers to rent truck or other equipment.
Reza MI got a call 2 hours before pickup from uhaul saying that no 15 ft trucks were available at my location and I should either take a 10ft or change my location. Im glad I didnt change locations as my location ended up having 2 15ft available. So im not sure what thr confusion was about. I was disappointed when I paid that I was charged for the coverage when I declined it at booking. Because my reservation was tossed around and changed so much within the few hours there was no way to prove that's what I selected. All in all I think its a badly disorganized company.
