Truck was rented from Airdrie location and confirmed the day before by phone call. When I arrived to pick up truck I was told "head office" took the truck 5 minutes ago despite being told it was rented. There were no other 15 foot trucks with a ramp available. Only solution was a much bigger truck which would not fit into the space we were moving to. I was sent to Balzac location and had to waste time completing the rental agreement etc with them while paying for the movers waiting at the house. The truck I received had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. The Uhaul experience for this move was less than optimal.
