It was very far from my destination and the extra mileage was not taken into account and I was charged way above what was reasonable for the drop off location. Also, the office was in a gym, and no one was there to check me in and when they did arrive, they did not review the extra mileage with me or have any information for me.
KATHRYN CThere was no box for the key it was in the office and the manager was not there we had to wait for him to arrive way past pick up time. Truck was dirty in the i side and we had to clean, also truck had damage and our stuff got wet from a bad repair job in the corner too. Very disappointing!
