The U haul customer service representative repeatedly resisted doing her job. Only after demanding her help several times did she offer to call the location. She couldn’t reach them. I provided her another number to call them. The auto shop location’s employee (Bud) is the only hero that saved this situation.

DANIEL WThe store was a smoke shop and they also sold Delta 9 which looked like marijuana. Also the incense was vey strong which aggravated my COPD.
Dorris hNot much space to park truck and as I was coming back to Thomaston Ga 30286 I saw two more U-Haul location so I could have dropped the truck off in Thomaston and not have to drive to Barnesville which was 17 miles away.
