They were professional the truck was clean and ran good...they are not the uhaul in my hometown of blackville they are the worst and also over charged my card

They charged me extra mileage. No one was there for me to rate anything

Uhaul representative specifically told me to drop my trailer off here even though no one was there. I was then charged an additional $20 because of this. All of this was after the drop off location that is on my contract would not accept my trailer. I guess contracts only apply to the customer and not the company. I will take all of my business to Penske in the future!
