The place was closed for maintenance, and it was really hard to get an empty spot because of the way the equipment was parked
Rolf GHaven't used U Haul for years but experience was great from booking to drop off. It was a 7 hour one way trip with the 16 foot car hauler. Trailer was in great shape with good tires, straps and was clean with nice LED lights. Price was great to compared to buying one and storing it for using it a couple times a year.
Ethphan jThe only thing was the check out provided on line kicked me out half way of completing it and couldn't abd go back to finish the process.
P MI had to go to different location to get the trailer. Crappy location and very tight to maneuver once in there. Too many obstacles and trailers just dropped off with no thought to the next person picking one up. Totally unorganized.
