The staff at this location has is very helpful. I had to use the online booking with remote access due to my early pick ip time. I had some issues navigating through the app but called the phone # and he helped me get my code for my keys. It was already a very stressful moving day. Thank you so much for patience and kind help

Had to pull trailer out of the snow only to find out that the back latch was broken. Then asked by the worker to go and put it back and hook up to another…. These trailers are ridiculously heavy and hard enough to lift up without having to do it twice because nobody could take the time to maintain their equipment or clear snow front lots properly
LANDON B- The address is wrong, the office has been moved to a new location, but all the signs are still up saying it's at 10 Anne - The truck was given to me with the gas tank basically empty, had a 35km range - Inside of the truck was dirty with old coffee cups and food wrappers
ADAM BI could not speak with someone on site, and had to travel to a nearby location to check in and get keys. I was not aware of this until arriving at the pick up spot. This is very inconvenient. Despite refusing CDW in my online booking, the clerk who checked me in added the charge without telling me, folded up my unsigned contract and handed it to me folded. Assuming he had checked me in based on my existing reservation, and rushed due to the need to visit multiple sites, I did not unfold the contract to verify. I disputed the charge upon drop-off but, though I am still waiting to be contacted by a CSR, the charge has gone through my card. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I should have just paid the $55 delivery charge at the store instead of using this company.
