The person who assisted us did not inform us about the availability of the Utility Dolly, we had to call him and hear that there were no more available (so why did he charge for it?), he said he would remove the amount that was charged, but only changed the quantity of Utility Dolly from 1 to 0 and did not remove the $7 charge for its rental.

The lot was too full could barely find a place to drop off the truck. Nobody onsite for questions. Hard to rate this location as I didn’t speak to anyone there. Looked like this was more of a self drop off location. No staff there.
