The trailer broke down and had to have a tow truck pick up my car and the trailer. It was unsafe and almost caused a fire and if the wheel had come off could have killed someone

DEBRA JThe address is locked. A number on the door to text. When you text took two hours to get back. Advised to go to a different address to fill out contract. The trailer was buried in snow. One marker light broken. Electrical plug was corroded. Trailer was clean inside. I cleaned plug and fixed grounding problem. Salesman was polite.
Jack HThe staff at this location has is very helpful. I had to use the online booking with remote access due to my early pick ip time. I had some issues navigating through the app but called the phone # and he helped me get my code for my keys. It was already a very stressful moving day. Thank you so much for patience and kind help
