The longest wait was the dealer trying to get ahold of someone at U-Haul main to book the truck. When calling there was no direct contact number and he kept getting shuffled around. Very unnecessary time waisted
PAUL KThe wait to process and pick up was way too long. Only 1 employee working on the first Saturday of the month was not a great idea. It was difficult for just 1 employee to process the orders in a timely manor. Not his fault
EMILY LThe location is not great (entrance not well marked, just off highway with lots of construction). I also found that the prices I reserved at the beginning of September did not match what I was actually charged. The amount I was quoted at the time of reservation was closer to $200 and the final charges were $520. The increased amounts were reflected in the base charge and also the additional km (which I was told would only be 0.30 cents per km). Overall, the product and service I received was significantly different from the one I reserved several weeks ago and for that reason I would not recommend to a friend. It's hard to recommend something that ends up being quite different from what you initially expected and quoted.
