Your app needs to be fixed for easier use. I planned for mobile pickup but could not properly access my account/order. When i got to the building at 9.am for my pickup I could not access anything in app to complete my mobile pickup, just kept saying to call assistance which was an hour way, the same time if not more than doing it in person so I just explained to the cashier at 10 am when they opened to complete the pickup to which I had to wait almost another hour because of servers being down. When he gave me the keys in the morning I could not properly pickup my vehicle and take the proper before I leave pictures, I had to take and keep them on my device. 2 hours of my move gone and wasted. when I finally finished up everything I noticed I had got a call and tried calling back. i finally got ahold of a provider after some time and she addressed that my contract hasn’t been completed and needed to redo my pickup through the app even though my truck was heading to be dropped off that very moment. When i got back to the shop the links and the app were STILL not working for pickup or drop off like instructed by the provider over the phone. I proceeded to call another provider through uhaul and he addressed the issue. i got verification of my drop off through the cashier in the store and went on my way. Needless to say I will not be using the app for reservations or pickups AT ALL in the future. Absolutely terrible.
