Terrible experience from the start from the workers smoking blunts outside to the rude attendant that "helped" me get our trailer. Didn't have the proper equipment to even pull the trailer off the lot due to them not having universal adapters for the trailers THEY rent out. Using the excuse they'd charge more due to being stolen. . . He said I can run up the road and grab one they're cheap, already behind on time go out of my way only to find out the attachment costs almost double the trailer we rented. . . . Popped off at the mouth when I was trying to discuss business etiquette and how caring the proper equipment to rent out what they carry is a no brainer. I Said no wonder there's a 1* review on the page. He said bs this and blah blah go ahead and add another because he didn't care. Terrible customer service from the start from the 30 min clueless wait time to wasting my time getting equipment for them to be rented from. Want to be a 3rd party retailer for a big name brand but not carry proper equipment. Pitiful. . . Wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could put a -* review I would. Amazing anyone can be a retailer for these rentals. . you'd have better service from my house parking lot.

The keys were not available. Spoke to dispatch they had me break open the dropbox because that’s where the keys were get in the truck and there is no gas in the truck barely made it across the street thank God there was a gas station. I was in town three hours away from my home 15 minutes away from my kids college town which wasn’t even where I was supposed to originally pick up the truck The gas station did not have credit card it was ridiculous
Crystal HObtaining the vehicle was an absolute pain. Once I was finally in the vehicle, the cab was completely filthy. Then, once I turned the vehicle on, the gas gauge was on empty. Not even 1/8, but right at E. So the first thing I had to do was go to a gas station and fill the tank, which cut into the time of my haul.

Steve SHad tire blow 30 miles down the road and waited for 2 and a half hours by the interstate for assistance to help fix the tire. Wait time was really long and I was unable to complete my project due to the delay. I must commend the person at customer service as she was really helpful and very responsive!
