The process is very confusing, it’s in the gas station and you still have to be on the phone with someone helping you with the process. The vehicle was given to us with almost no gas and with the check engine light on. We brought back the gas at 1/4, well above what we received it with. Still got charged for gas, in process of a possible refund once we sent photos of the gas meter.
Julio LEasy to find off Hwy 95. There is a small store, go inside and the clerk told me where to go. He helped back me in to the site for the return.
MYRA PAfter doing everything online I had to do it again in the middle of a convenience store. Including taking photos of my drivers license on an ice cream cooler. On my phone reading out my cc info, did not impress me. Should have a better way to do all of the paperwork online. Maybe it's just this location.
