Asking when it was dropped off we only used 12-13 miles and had it from 11:30-2:30

Service was excellent. My only complaint was the trailer stated 5'x8'. The opening on the rear end wasn't 5', so it made for a tight fit. All in all I would recommend this location.
Andres MThere was confusion because the truck had not been checked back in and we were trying to pick it up at our designated time. The office person came and was helpful.
TODD EWrong size truck at time of arrival. No prior notice given of change of size.
Nicholas AI was not told that I couldnt drop this off at another location. So now I'm stuck owing them over $400. I will never use uhaul again. I will also let everyone know about my experience and recommend they do not use uhaul either. Very disappointed
