Service sucks and they over charged my car 120 for damages that never happens 57 gas fee when I put the gas to the same spot they gave it to us and I'm still waiting on my return money that was over charged . They will not get away with stealing my hard worked money

DARRYL JKeys were not correct in the box. If another customer wasn't there i would have had to take the wrong u haul. Thankfully we had each other's keys. Location was crowded and not easy to get the u haul out or return it in the correct spot. Area was also dirty and needed trash picked up that was blowing around the building.

Melissa BThe truck was beat up and the change oil light was on . I was given the vehicle with a quarter tank and returned it with a quarter tank. I was charged . The back roll up door barely opened and closed ! I am very upset ! I should have rented from home depot !
