Given wrong key to truck. The correct truck was dirty, stone and dirt in the back loading cargo area. Did not have the moving mats I paid for with the truck at pickup. Trucks back loading are had broken spot in floor above rear axle which if stepped on you’d sink into the floor and trip. Trucks oil change light was on. I would suggest the vehicles be properly maintained and cleaned prior to renting out especially if they state you will be charged extra if you bring the truck back dirty.

Annabella LService was excellent. My only complaint was the trailer stated 5'x8'. The opening on the rear end wasn't 5', so it made for a tight fit. All in all I would recommend this location.
Andres MThere was confusion because the truck had not been checked back in and we were trying to pick it up at our designated time. The office person came and was helpful.
