Kathy YGiven wrong key to truck. The correct truck was dirty, stone and dirt in the back loading cargo area. Did not have the moving mats I paid for with the truck at pickup. Trucks back loading are had broken spot in floor above rear axle which if stepped on you’d sink into the floor and trip. Trucks oil change light was on. I would suggest the vehicles be properly maintained and cleaned prior to renting out especially if they state you will be charged extra if you bring the truck back dirty.
