This was the closest drop off location. I believe it was just a busy day/week so they were a bit behind. They just had me drop off the keys because they said they couldn’t process the truck for a couple hours. It was a bit disorganized

BRIAN DI was charged a $15 cleaning fee for a clean trailer that only had the U-Haul blankets I had rented at the origination location in it. It had been swept out prior and was cleaner than when I received it. A TOTAL SCAM! I will follow up with management.
