Fuel leak on the truck, Truck cab reeked of cigarette smoke, NO blankets, NO utility dolly, NO furniture dolly .... and NO ONE contacted us ahead of time to let us know the extra items were NOT available even though we made our reservation over a month in advance!

Thomas CThe car dolly is got it had straps but when I got to the location to pick the car up which was 4 hrs away the strap had been obviously cut which you cant tell by just looking at them the passenger side was fine but drivers had been cut so I had to go buy alternative straps that I wasn't prepared to do and so I had to spend more money and I actually felt unsafe doing so as it wasn't meant for it but it did work
