The office needs a little bigger sign to designate the drop off building. The u-haul trailer’s parked on highway 6 suggest the drop off is at the auto repair shop NOT the trailer park back off highway 6 for after hours drop off. The owners though were extremely helpful!

No staff present. No drop box available (as instructed to use per the uhaul app’s drop off instructions) However, easy enough. Drove it there, parked it appropriately, then left.

John BThe person that operates this location also has a couple of other businesses (rv park, paintball, maybe auto repair) and was not available in the office during office hours. She was helping another customer from one of the other businesses in a close-by office. She did not come over to the U-Haul office for 20 minutes. Drop off was smooth because I used the app to drop off before I realized she was actually in the office. She could not print a receipt.
