REBECCA SFirst reservation got canceled an hour before pick up had to find another that was over 80 miles away picked up trailer had to turn around 20 miles in the exchange it for another do to flat tire on trailer got back to where my car was loaded it and the straps were to short to reach the ratchet tie down had to go buy straps to make it reach. Not a good experience at all.
